About UnEarthed Therapy & Yoga
The movement offerings at UnEarthed are guided by clinicians who are deeply curious about the relationship between body, emotion, and lived experience.
Laura Wright, a licensed therapist and yoga teacher, and Sara Kercho, a therapist and expressive movement facilitator, bring their backgrounds in mental health and somatic awareness into the spaces they guide. While yoga and dance are not therapy sessions, they can be powerful ways to reconnect with the body, release tension, and explore expression through movement.
At UnEarthed, therapy, movement, and community live alongside one another. These offerings create space for people to move, listen inward, and reconnect with themselves and others through shared experience.
